These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of FontanaShowers® websites and any related sales, service, and documentation. By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

All orders are offers to purchase subject to acceptance. Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, duties, and fees are your responsibility.

  • We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time.
  • Quoted lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Bulk and trade pricing may require verification and approval.

4. Shipping, Delivery, Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier factors or supply conditions.

  • Inspect shipments upon receipt and report damage within carrier timeframes.
  • Special delivery requirements must be arranged prior to shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges & RMA

Returns require prior authorization. Please review our Returns & RMA Policy for eligibility, time limits, restocking fees, and return instructions.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may be non-returnable.
  • Returned goods must be in new, resalable condition with all parts and packaging.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage may vary by product category (e.g., faucet bodies, sensors, finishes, dispensers). For detailed coverage, exclusions, and claim steps, see our Warranty Support or the documentation included with your product.

  • Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications may void coverage.
  • Proof of purchase and product serial/lot information may be required.

7. Specifications, BIM & Installation Instructions

Technical documentation is provided for reference and may be updated. Always verify the latest version before installation: Specifications • BIM/Revit • Technical Support.

Where local codes or site conditions differ, the local authority having jurisdiction prevails.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our sites—including text, graphics, logos, product names, documentation, and media—is owned by or licensed to FontanaShowers and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the sites or services. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, infringement, reverse engineering, scraping without consent, or any action that disrupts site operation or security.

10. Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability & Indemnity
