Fontana Touchless Faucets® is a leader in providing touchless faucets and automatic soap dispensers designed for commercial and high-traffic restrooms. Our products incorporate advanced motion sensor technology to promote hygiene and reduce water consumption. Fontana offers a range of designs from contemporary to classic, ensuring both functionality and style. WARRANTY

Fontana Touchless Faucets® warrants all Faucets products sold for commercial or industrial uses to be free of defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. we will replace, free of charge, during this warranty period, parts that prove defective when properly installed and under normal use and service. Damage that occurs as a result of abuse, improper installation, environmental conditions, or improper application will void this warranty. Products or components that have been altered or in any way modified will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling of both replacement parts and returned defective parts. Defective products must be shipped back to Fontana Touchless Faucets facilities, along with dated proof of purchase. Replacement parts are under warranty only for the remaining period under the initial warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When placing an order , you’ll receive notification immediately after the order is confirmed and when it ships. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards. Delivery Methods via Standard Shipping (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS). You’ll receive notification as soon as the order ships. For any damage related issues with a Standard Shipping, call Customer Care for parts and service. All damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt. For any other items, you should note defects or damages on the delivery receipt and immediately report any product defects or damages by calling Fontana Sensor Faucets Team delivering your order—the phone number is located in your order confirmation email. Items that are refused will be covered by our Return Policy. Change or Cancellation As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. To change or cancel an order, please follow the steps listed below. The sooner we receive a request, the faster we can revise your order. For Standard Shipping, please call Customer Care. You will receive an email confirming the canceled order or items of a canceled order. If the product has already shipped, you may return it under our Return Policy takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to make a return, please follow these guidelines so we can better assist you. Standard Shipping Items If your Standard Shipping item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care within 72 hours. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, call us within 30 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item. Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of Standard Shipping item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To report delivery damage or make a return, call Customer Care For Standard Shipping items where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period, consult the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. You have 72 hours after Delivery to report that an item is delivered damaged, defective or if you are unhappy with it in any way. Simply call the phone number on your email confirmation and we will work with you to repair, replace or pick up the item for a return. where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 72 hour return period may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any; please contact the customer service number listed in your order confirmation email for assistance. Return Requirements. In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Exchanges/Refunds. The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of refunds for damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 days following receipt of the returned item(s) for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, IN NO EVENT WILL FONTANA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT. TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

RETURNS

Damages and errors must be declared within 30 calendar days. Restrictions apply see below. No returns will be accepted without authorization number. Returns must be in sellable condition AND are subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility.

NON-Returnable Items: Some products are not returnable, so please be aware of this when placing your order. Items that are heavy or large (items that ship by freight) may NOT be returned. (Items such as tubs may not be returned. If they are defective, you will either receive a replacement or it will be repaired; but we do not accept returns on items that ship by freight.) Items that were received by the customer over 30 days ago. However, IF an exception is made, a higher restocking fee will be assessed. Items that were NOT shipped by a Standard Carrier (for example, of a standard carrier, we mean companies such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) may NOT be returned. Also, "special ordered/quoted" items cannot be canceled or returned. (Non-listed and quoted items - items that do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received a special quote on - are considered special order items and may not be returned.) Items stated as non-returnable on the page from which they are ordered Items noted as "limited to stock" Items that have been installed.

Replacements are shipped and handled at the customer's expense, and proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
