Fontana Touchless Faucets® is a leader in providing touchless faucets and automatic soap dispensers designed for commercial and high-traffic restrooms. Our products incorporate advanced motion sensor technology to promote hygiene and reduce water consumption. Fontana offers a range of designs from contemporary to classic, ensuring both functionality and style. Our focus on quality control, efficiency, and innovation has set industry standards in product development and craftsmanship.

WARRANTY

Fontana Touchless Faucets® warrants all faucet products sold for commercial or industrial uses to be free of defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. We will replace, free of charge, during this warranty period, parts that prove to have a manufacturing defect when properly installed and under normal use and service. Damage that occurs as a result of abuse, improper installation, environmental conditions, or improper application will void this warranty. This warranty will not cover products or components that have undergone any alteration or modification. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling of both replacement parts and returned defective parts. Defective products must be shipped back to Fontana Touchless Faucets facilities, along with dated proof of purchase. Replacement parts are under warranty only for the remaining period under the initial warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will receive notification immediately upon order confirmation and shipment. We accept checks, ACH, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards. We use standard shipping methods such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for delivery. You’ll receive notification as soon as the order ships. For any damage-related issues with standard shipping, call Customer Care for parts and service. All damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by making a notation on the delivery receipt. For any other items, you should note defects or damages. Make changes or cancellations as soon as your order is placed, since our fulfillment process goes into motion. To change or cancel an order, please follow the steps listed below. The sooner we receive a request, the faster we can revise your order. For standard shipping, please call customer care. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order or specific items within it. If the product has already shipped, you may return it under our Return Policy. We value our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to make a return, please follow these guidelines so we can better assist you. Standard Shipping Items If your standard shipping item arrives damaged, please contact customer care within 72 hours. For other issues concerning standard shipping orders, call us within 30 days after delivery, and we will either repair or replace the item. Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of standard shipping items within 30 days of delivery. To report delivery damage or make a return, call Customer Care If you discover a manufacturing defect in standard shipping items after the 30-day return period, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. You have 72 hours after delivery to report a damaged or defective item or if you are unhappy with it. Simply call the phone number on your email confirmation, and we will work with you to repair, replace, or pick up the item for a return. Where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 72-hour return period, it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any; please contact the customer service number listed in your order confirmation email for assistance. Return Requirements. To receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed, in which case please repack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Exchanges/Refunds. The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s); taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of refunds for damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery, and handling charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 days following receipt of the returned item(s) for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, IN NO EVENT WILL FONTANA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT. TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT.

RETURNS

You must declare damages and errors within 30 calendar days. Restrictions apply; see below. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. Returns must be in sellable condition AND are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

NON-Returnable Items: Some products are not returnable, so please be aware of this fact when placing your order. You may not return items that are heavy or large or those that ship by freight. (Items such as tubs may not be returned.). If defective, you will get a replacement or repair, but freighted items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on items received by the customer over 30 days. However, we will assess a higher restocking fee if we make an exception. Items may NOT be returned if they were NOT shipped by a standard carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Additionally, we cannot cancel or return "special ordered/quoted" items. (Non-listed and quoted items - items that do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received a special quote on - are considered special order items and may not be returned.) Items stated as non-returnable on the page from which they are ordered Items noted as "limited to stock" Items that have already been installed cannot be returned.

Designed for applications in commercial restrooms, every product carries a 5-year warranty against defects during normal use. However, improper installation, environmental factors, or alterations to the products will void the warranty. Replacements are shipped and handled at the customer's expense, and proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
