Our Terms & Conditions

Fontana Touchless Faucets® provides touchless faucets and automatic soap dispensers engineered for commercial and high-traffic restroom environments. Products are designed to support hygiene goals, reduce unnecessary water use, and simplify ongoing maintenance for facility teams.

  • Order updates are provided at confirmation and shipment.
  • Accepted payment methods may include check, ACH, and major credit cards (as available at checkout).
  • Standard carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and product type.
Warranty (Commercial / Industrial Use)

Fontana Touchless Faucets® warrants qualifying faucet products sold for commercial or industrial uses to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, when properly installed and used under normal service conditions.

  • During the warranty term, qualifying defective parts may be replaced at no charge (parts only).
  • Improper installation, abuse, environmental damage, or product modification voids warranty coverage.
  • Labor, installation, and related service charges are not covered.
  • Shipping/handling for replacement parts and returns may apply as outlined by Customer Care.
  • Warranty claims require dated proof of purchase; defective items may need to be returned for evaluation.

Note: Replacement parts are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty term.

Returns & Return Requirements

Returns require an authorization number prior to shipment. Items must be returned in new/unused condition with all accessories and parts, securely packed in original packaging (or re-packed to prevent damage in transit).

  • Delivery damage: report within 72 hours of delivery for standard shipping items.
  • Standard return window: typically within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Inspection: returns are inspected upon receipt before exchange/credit/refund processing.
  • Fees: return shipping and restocking fees may apply depending on product type and return reason.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Freight / oversize items (example: certain tubs or large fixtures)
  • Installed items
  • Special-order / quoted items (non-listed items or items quoted outside standard web pricing)
  • Items marked “final sale,” “clearance,” “limited to stock,” or explicitly “non-returnable”
  • Items shipped by non-standard carrier methods where return logistics are restricted
Order Changes, Cancellations & Shipment Notifications

Requests for order changes or cancellations should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed, since fulfillment begins quickly. If an order has already shipped, return handling follows the return policy and eligibility requirements.

  • Shipment notifications are provided when the order ships.
  • For shipping damage, contact Customer Care within the stated reporting window.

For documented damage, note visible issues on the delivery receipt where applicable and retain packaging for carrier review.

Limitation of Damages

In addition to the warranty limitations above, Fontana is not liable for consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from or relating to the product or limited warranty. Total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.

Specifier Notes (B2B / Facility Guidance)

Commercial return rates often trace back to installation variability, water quality/debris, supply pressure instability, harsh chemical exposure, or moisture ingress into electronics. For B2B projects, reduce callbacks by aligning the fixture configuration to the sink geometry, traffic profile, and maintenance routine.

  • Flush lines before installation to reduce debris-driven valve strain.
  • Confirm runtime logic and sensor placement to minimize splash and false triggering.
  • Use approved cleaners to avoid haze buildup on sensor windows and finish damage.
  • Plan service access and spare parts strategy for high-traffic sites.

This section is informational and does not override the warranty/return terms above.

Compliance note: Policy summaries are provided for convenience. Final eligibility and handling are governed by your order confirmation, product classification (standard vs freight vs special order), and Customer Care authorization.
