Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of standard-shipping items within 30 days of delivery. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Start below and we’ll guide you through the steps.

How to Start a Return

  1. Find your order number. You’ll need the 5-digit order number from your confirmation email or your account.

  2. Request an RMA. Contact Customer Care to obtain your authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack and ship with care. Use original packaging when possible. Include all parts, manuals, and the RMA on the label or in the box.
  4. Get your refund or exchange. Once inspected, we’ll process according to the option you selected during the RMA request.

Eligibility

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery for standard-shipping items.
  • Item is unused or in like-new condition with all accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware.
  • All returns must have an RMA authorization prior to shipping back.

Note: Damage or order issues should be reported promptly upon delivery so we can assist.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we’ll make it right. We may request photos to speed things up.

  • Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
  • Inspection typically occurs within a few business days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method per policy.
